If you ask us to, we pass your details to a commercial finance adviser. The adviser is a separate business and any advice, product or contract is between you and them. We may receive a fee for the introduction; it does not change what you pay. Most commercial mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; where a loan would be a regulated mortgage contract, it must be arranged by an FCA-authorised firm.
Accuracy
We try to keep figures accurate, but commercial lending is priced case by case and every situation differs. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified rules. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site.
